About Hans

Hans was born in Amsterdam The Netherlands on February 10, 1954 at 11:40AM. Here you can see him holding a magazine in an attempted photo shoot done be a professional photographer. After a while Hans got tired and stuck out his tongue at the photographer which resulted in the best photo of the photo shoot:

At age 17 Hans went to college to get an engineering degree in applied mathematics at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. Here is a picture of his University id during senior year (yes long hair! all the students did).

This is how Hans looked at his first real job right out of college, where he was working as a software engineer at Philips Telecom before it got bought by AT&T a few years later:
