Added South and East Bay shuttle http://www.southandeastbayairportshuttle.com/ to the Travel section. They are a lot cheaper than taking a limo but please read the Yelp reviews first: http://www.yelp.com/biz/south-and-east-bay-airport-shuttle-san-jose-2 they only get 1.5 stars out of 5.
